LAN WaifuTerms

These terms cover the LAN Waifu extension and LAN Waifu Pro, made by Guy Argaman. By installing the extension or buying Pro, you agree to them.
The extension
LAN Waifu is free to install and use. Its source code is released under the MIT license. The characters' artwork is not: it may be used only as part of LAN Waifu, and not copied, redistributed or reused elsewhere.
LAN Waifu Pro
- Pro unlocks the extension's superpowers for $4.99, paid once, plus any sales tax or VAT where you live.
- A Pro license is for one person, on up to 3 of their computers at a time. You can move it by removing it from one computer and entering it on another.
- Pro includes every superpower added during version 1 of LAN Waifu. There is no subscription.
- The license is checked online when entered and about once a week after; it keeps working offline for up to 30 days between checks.
- Please don't share your license key or work around the license check.
Who sells Pro
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Freemius, which is the merchant of record for all Pro orders. Freemius handles payments, invoices and refunds. Their terms apply to the purchase itself.
Refunds
If Pro isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you'll get one, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@lan-waifu.com. A refunded license stops working.
No warranty
LAN Waifu is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always work on every setup or never have bugs. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it; our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Changes won't take away a Pro license you've already bought.
